client must make any adjustments regarding rescheduling & cancellations before the 24 hour mark
your deposit may be transferred once by through your confirmed appointment email
rescheduling / cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment start time will result in forfeiting the deposit and will not transfer to a new appointment
If needing to rescheduling less than 24 hours before appointment, a new deposit will be required.
Your deposit serves as the cancellation fee for lost

all clients are provided a 15 minute grace period to arrive to their appointment.
if failure to contact me or show up for your appointment within the grace period it will be considered a "no-call/no-show” and will automatically forfeit your deposit and will require a new deposit upon booking.
if, you the client, no-shows more than once, you will be removed as client and will need to seek your services elsewhere.

I do not allow extra guests of any kind. does not matter if it’s your mom, your husband or child.
my appointments are strictly set to be 1:1.
if you arrive with an extra guest without notice, they will be asked to sit in the waiting area or you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
i’m not a babysitter.

all clients are responsible for the care of their services. All new clients receive a kit for their services with products and instructions.

if you are unsure of what to do, you have the option to contact me for assistance.
failure to do you aftercare or address concerns to me directly may create poor longevity in your results that I , the provider, am not responsible of.
if you fail to acknowledge that aftercare is needed for your services, you may be removed as a client and asked to seek your services elsewhere.

I highly recommend all clients prebook their appointments in advance to secure a spot on my schedule. if you fail to do so and do not see any openings you may add yourself to my waitlist on the booking menu.
please note that this does not guarantee you will get the spot you requested and may have to reconsider other booking dates/times.
it is better to prebook and reschedule than gamble on an opening that might not be available.
